WHEN AND WHERE WILL I PICK UP MY ORDER FOR THESE GRADUATION SUPPLIES?
Orders are delivered TO THE SCHOOL and will be distributed to the students by the Herff Jones Representatives in early Spring. Orders MUST be paid in full by Feb. 1st. You will be personally notified as to the time and date of delivery. Graduation Announcements and Caps & Gowns are delivered separately.
HOW CAN I PAY MY BALANCE ON THE GRADUATION SUPPLIES I ORDERED?
IF YOU PLACE AN ORDR PRIOR TO DECEMBER 16, 2011, then you may make payments and/or pay the balance due on your graduation supplies on this website using a credit or debit card. You may also mail us a personal check or money order made payable to Herff Jones. Please include student name & school name on any personal check or money order. There is a $30 fee for all returned checks. ALL BALANCE DUES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY FEBRUARY 1ST.
WHO DO I SEND ANNOUNCEMENTS TO AND WHEN DO I MAIL THEM?
This is an announcement of your special achievement in life that you will want to share with family, friends, neighbors, and people who are important to you. It is not an invitation to the actual ceremony. Proper etiquette suggests mailing your announcements ten days to two weeks before graduation. Some students may choose to mail them after graduation.

IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER PRIOR TO DECEMBER 16, 2011, then your order for graduation supplies MUST be paid in full by February 1, 2012. You can make payments on this website OR mail a check or money order payable to "Herff Jones" to our Kennesaw office. ALL LATE ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. THERE IS NO PAYMENT PLAN.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER FOR GRADUATION SUPPLIES?
ALL ORDERS HAV E BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PLANT AND ARE IN PRODUCTION. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE. (You have 3 business days from the time you place your order for graduation supplies to change or cancel your order. After 3 business days, deposits are non-refundable and all merchandise must be paid in full to receive your cap & gown.)
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE DIPLOMA PLAQUE I ORDERED?
Diploma Plaques are delivered separately and at a date closer to graduation. In most cases, the plaques are delivered to the school and distributed during Cap & Gown delivery OR during graduation practices. You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery. Plaques ordered after April 30, 2012 will ship UPS to the address your provided.
I'M ORDERING ON-TIME PRIOR TO DECEMBER 16TH. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THESE ITEMS?
Even though you ordered early, graduation orders are delivered to the school in early Spring. Graduation Announcements & Senior items are delivered in March or April. Cap & Gown delivery is usually in April or May. You will be personally notified when delivery dates are scheduled at your school. YOU CAN ALSO VIEW DATES WE WILL BE AT YOUR SCHOOL BY REGISTERING ON THIS WEBSITE AND LOOKING AT YOUR SCHOOL'S 'IMPORTANT DATES".
IF I DO NOT GRADUATE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you are not eligible to graduate you must contact our office in writing prior to graduation to request a refund on applicable items. You can receive a refund on your cap and gown unit and certain senior graduation items. All items that are subject to a refund must be in our office in 100% new condition and original packaging prior to graduation to be eligible. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed. Personalized items such as namecards and diploma plaques are NOT eligible for a refund. Late Fees and Handling Fees are not refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Any items not picked up at the school will be held in our office for 10 days past graduation. Unclaimed merchandise will not be eligible for refund after graduation, including diploma plaques.
DO MY ANNOUNCEMENTS HAVE MY NAME ON THEM?
NO. Announcements do not include the student’s name. Namecards must be ordered to identify the graduate. Slots for the namecards are located inside most announcement styles. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO WRITE/TYPE YOUR NAME CLEARLY using upper and lower case letters and please double check your spelling.
WHAT NAME DO I USE FOR MY NAMECARDS?
You should use your legal name. We use the exact name you write on Section #1 of the order form for your namecards and diploma plaque. PRINT/TYPE YOUR NAME CLEARLY and leave one space between your first, middle and last name.
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR VIA FAX?
We do NOT accept telephone or fax orders. You may place your order online, visit our Kennesaw office or mail in your order form.
HOW LATE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR GRADUATION SUPPLIES, INCLUDING CAP & GOWN? WHAT IF I ORDER AFTER DECEMBER 16?
All orders for graduation supplies must be received by December 16, 2011.Ordering with your class on the In-School Order Day(s) gets you better pricing, more selections and allows you to receive your order in a timely manner. Beginning December 17th, we have a Senior Late Order Program that runs until graduation. However, orders are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. While the announcement remains the same, the selection of accessory items are limited and prices do increase on the available items. Please Note: Our Kennesaw office is a sales office, NOT a retail location. Your order is custom-made and produced at one of our manufacturing plants and shipped to Georgia. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FILL YOUR ORDER. Please Note: Cap & Gowns ordered in the Senior Late Order Program will be assessed Late Fees .
DO I HAVE TO ORDER A GRADUATION PACKAGE?
The three Graduation Packages we assembled are the best value for the money being paid. You are encouraged to consider ordering these packages to take full advantage of the savings. However, if you would like to order merchandise individually you may.
IS MY CAP & GOWN INCLUDED IN THE THREE GRADUATION PACKAGES?
No. The cost for your cap & gown and your senior fees are not included in the price of the three Graduation Packages. You must order your school's CAP & GOWN separately.
WHAT TAX DO I USE?
You must add local sales tax to your Total (Subtotal + Handling = Total).. Use the local sales tax rate for the county in which your school is located. It is appropriate that the handling fee on your order is taxed by Georgia State Law. This fee allows us to deliver your items personally to you at the school.
WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AND HOW CAN I PAY?
ALL LATE ORDERS (DEC. 17TH THROUGH GRADUATION DATE) REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL. There is no payment plan or deposits accepted. You may pay by cash, check (payable to Herff Jones), money order or charge by Visa, Discover or MasterCard.
WHAT IF I COULDN'T ORDER ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER DAY(S)...CAN I STILL ORDER?
The Senior Late Order Program begins December 17, 2011. While the announcement remains the same, the selection of accessory items available at that time are limited and prices do increase.
WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?
We ask that you review your order carefully to ensure accuracy. Double check all spelling on personalized items. Once orders are sent to the manufacturing plant for production, we CAN NOT make changes to your order and we can not add or remove items. If a second order is necessary, then handling charges will apply as this will be a separate order.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A LATE FEE AND HANDLING FEE?
Our LATE ORDER PROGRAM began December 17, 2011. The handling fee we charge is for items to be shipped to our facility from the manufacturing plant, so we can provide you with the same products that seniors have been ordering since the beginning of the school year. Late Fees are applied to all Cap and Gowns ordered in the Late Order Program and a Handling Fee is applied to ALL orders.
