WILL I HAVE MY CAP & GOWN IN TIME FOR GRADUATION?
If you order a cap and gown unit, you will receive your attire in early spring--usually in April or May. All orders must be paid in full before your cap and gown will be released for pick up. PLEASE NOTE: Some schools choose to distribute the caps & gowns to the students, and those schools may not distribute the caps and gowns to the students until closer to graduation. Please check with your school’s graduation coordinator or senior sponsor for more information.

HOW DO I ORDER MY CAP & GOWN?
You can place your order on this website but you must first REGISTER on the homepage. You can also come to our office in Kennesaw and order in person. We want your cap & gown to fit you properly. We need your gender, height, and weight. This information is kept confidential and ensures a proper fit. Caps are one size fits all. PLEASE NOTE: Most schools have a graduation fee and every Senior who plans to march in the graduation ceremony MUST pay this fee. This "grad fee" IS included in the price of your Cap & Gown package..

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A LATE FEE & A HANDLING FEE?
Any order placed after December 17th is considered a "LATE ORDER". We have been taking orders in all our schools since the beginning of the school year. Our LATE ORDER PROGRAM began December 17, 2011. The handling fee we charge is for items to be shipped to our facility from the manufacturing plant, so we can provide you with the same products that seniors have been ordering since the beginning of the school year. Late Fees are applied to all Cap and Gowns ordered in the Late Order Program and a Handling Fee is applied to ALL orders.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Orders will be delivered to the school and will be distributed in early Spring. You will be personally notified as to the time and date of delivery by our school messenger phone system. . Graduation Announcements and Caps & Gowns are delivered separately. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER APRIL 30, 2012 WILL SHIP UPS TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER.

IF I DO NOT GRADUATE, CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you are not eligible to graduate you must contact our office in writing by mail, fax or email prior to graduation to request a refund on applicable items. You can receive a refund on your cap and gown unit. The Cap & Gown must be returned to our office in 100 percent new condition and original packaging prior to graduation to be eligible. Refunds will be issued when items have been returned to our Kennesaw office. Late Fees and Handling Fees are NOT refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds to be processed.

WHEN IS THE LAST DAY I CAN ORDER A CAP & GOWN?
All orders for caps & gowns must be received by December 16, 2011. If you miss that deadline, then you must order your Cap & Gown in our Senior Late Order Program. We will accept Cap & Gown orders up until graduation, but Late Fees are applied to each order and the price increases quite significantly. Also, orders are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Caps & Gowns ordered during the Senior Late Order Program will be subject to a monthly late fee and a price increase.

HOW SHOULD MY GOWN FIT?
Your graduation gown should be at a length that falls approximately midway between the knee and the ankle. It should not go below the ankle, or above the knee.

SHOULD I IRON MY GOWN WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
NO! If you iron your gown, you can risk burning it. Instead, just hang it on a hanger for a few days, and if there are still any wrinkles in it, steam should take care of it.

IS MY CAP & GOWN FEE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENT PACKAGES?
NO! The cost for your cap & gown and your senior fees are not included in the price of our three Graduation Announcement Packages. You must order your school's CAP & GOWN PACKAGE. PLEASE NOTE: Some Schools have "Senior Dues" and this is not part of the Herff Jones products/pricing.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR VIA FAX?
We do NOT accept telephone or fax orders. You may place your order online, visit our Kennesaw office or mail in your order form.

HOW LATE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
We have a Late Order Program that begins December 17, 2011 and runs until graduation. Our Kennesaw office is NOT a retail location. Your order must be custom-made and produced at one of our manufacturing plants and shipped to Georgia. If we are unable to fill your order, we will notify you. Orders will be assessed Late Fees, so order as soon as possible to reduce your cost. Late Fees will increase each month.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE ON MY GRADUATION ORDER?
IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER PRIOR TO DECEMBER 16, 2011, then your order for graduation supplies MUST be paid in full by February 1, 2012. You can make payments on this website OR mail a check or money order payable to "Herff Jones" to our Kennesaw office.
